Welcome to LeanorAI! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LeanorAI, a learning and productivity platform operated by UrhoAI Solutions. By creating an account, accessing our platform, or using any of our features, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, you should not use LeanorAI.

2. Who Can Use LeanorAI

You may use LeanorAI if:

4. Use of LeanorAI

LeanorAI provides tools to help you learn, study, generate notes, flashcards, and use AI features. You agree not to:

• Use the platform for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
• Upload content that you do not have the right to use.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or interfere with the service.
• Use AI-generated content to spread misinformation or violate intellectual property rights.

5. AI-Generated Content & Accuracy Disclaimer

LeanorAI uses artificial intelligence to generate educational tools, summaries, and suggestions.

While we aim for accuracy and usefulness:

• AI output may not always be 100% accurate or suitable for all purposes.
• You are responsible for reviewing any AI-generated content before using or relying on it.

LeanorAI is not a substitute for professional, legal, medical, or academic advice unless explicitly stated.

6. Uploaded Content

• You may upload documents or text for AI processing.
• We do not permanently store document contents unless you choose to save the generated results.
• By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service.

You retain full ownership of your content.

7. Subscription and Payments

LeanorAI operates on a freemium model:

• Free users get core features with limitations.
• Paid users get expanded features and priority access.

By subscribing:

• You authorize us to charge your selected payment method.
• Subscription renews automatically unless canceled.
• All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

We may update pricing and will notify users in advance.

8. Service Availability & Changes

We continuously improve LeanorAI and may:

• Add or remove features
• Change how features work
• Limit or suspend access to maintain service quality

We aim to provide advance notice when possible, but some changes may occur without notice.

9. Termination

We may suspend or close your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• You misuse the platform
• You request account deletion

You may stop using LeanorAI at any time. If you delete your account, your generated data will be permanently removed, except where we are legally required to retain certain information.

10. Intellectual Property

• LeanorAI's interface, features, and brand are owned by UrhoAI Solutions.
• You may not copy, resell, or redistribute our service without permission.

Your personal content remains yours.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law:

• LeanorAI is provided "as is" without warranties.
• UrhoAI Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months (if any).

12. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your data. By using LeanorAI, you agree to that policy.

13. Third-Party Services

LeanorAI integrates third-party services such as:

• OpenAI API
• Google Calendar
• Supabase
